This itinerary is meant for those who enjoy slowness, calmness, and nature. If your idea of Goa is all-night parties and loud crowds, this may not be your perfect fit. But if you still wish to explore Goa at an easy pace, feel free to follow along.
This was our third trip to Goa, and each time we realized one thing: the South always felt more special than the North. The North is lively, yes, but the South offers a kind of peace that stays with you.
So, this itinerary is curated especially for families and couples who prefer things simple, relaxed, and soulful. Let's now jump to the itinerary quickly:
DAY 1

Our journey began at 6:00 PM flight from Delhi, which meant leaving our home in Noida at 3:00 PM. By the time we landed at GOI airport, the Goan air already felt softer and calmer.
Waiting outside was our driver/guide, Wasim bhai, who greeted us with a smile and drove us to our stay Salcete Beach Resort at Colva. The drive took about 40 minutes, winding through lush greenery and glimpses of quiet Goan villages.
Since Colva Beach was barely a 10-minute walk from our resort, we couldn’t resist stepping out immediately. But September is the tail-end of the monsoon season in Goa, and just as we reached the beach, the skies opened up. Instead of running back, we ducked into a small roadside bar named, ordered a couple of chilled beers, and just watched the rain paint the street.
By the time we got back to the resort, the might had slowed down completely.
Expenses:
Taxi to Airport ₹1,000
Taxi to Resort ₹1,600
Food & Drinks(BLD) ₹00 + ₹940 + ₹1200 + ₹600 (Goan Beer)
Stay at resort ₹4,500
Tips:
If you’re traveling during monsoon or September, always keep an umbrella handy — Goa rains come uninvited, but that’s part of the charm.
This is off season rates mentioned above. If you are planning to go in season which is From October to April, expect 60-75% increased prices.
Please note there is no uber ola here. I suggest to book/hire a driver in advance and keep him with you. Or you can always take bike/car/scooty on rent. The scooty costs ₹400-₹500 per day.
Other very nice stay options in Colva: Colva Kinara Hotel, Colva Beach Resort, Courtyard at Colva, Golden Hotels There are many other options, you can DM me for a quick connect :)
